What is the difference between a cold press and a hot press?
A cold press applies pressure for bonding without heated platens. A hot press also introduces heat into the process. The right method and pressing time depend on the materials, adhesive and production conditions.
How many doors or panels can be pressed at once?
The number depends on the selected machine’s working opening, product thickness and stacking arrangement. Daily output also depends on the time required by the adhesive, along with loading and unloading times.
