WP1
ONE WORKTABLE
Big results. Compact footprint.
The heating unit moves vertically. Its single-table layout is ideal where workshop space is limited. With the optional silicone membrane, WP1 can also be used for natural wood veneer pressing and wood bending.
Explore WP1WP2
TWO WORKTABLES
Two tables. Smarter production.
Prepare the next job on one table while pressing takes place on the other. The heating unit travels between the two tables, helping you use preparation time more efficiently in volume production.
Explore WP2WP4
2 MAIN TABLES + SMALL CENTRE TABLE
Smaller jobs. Less foil.
The three-table layout gives you flexibility for jobs of different sizes. The smaller centre table can reduce the amount of foil needed when laminating small parts or short batches.

LAMINATION + FORMING
One machine. Four applications.
A vertically moving upper heater and an integrated lower oven, included as standard, work in one machine. With the appropriate equipment, it handles PVC foil lamination, natural wood veneer pressing, wood bending, and acrylic / solid surface forming.

Give your designs shape.
Thin wood layers coated with adhesive are shaped over a mould using a silicone membrane and vacuum. Suitable for chair backs, seating components and curved furniture parts.
Explore wood bending
New possibilities for curved surfaces.
Suitable sheets are preheated in the Heat Shape Master’s lower oven, then formed over a mould using vacuum and a silicone membrane. For counters, washbasin surfaces and custom architectural components.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
What to know
before you choose.
Do WP2 and WP4 press on several tables at the same time?
Both models have one heating unit that moves between the tables. While pressing takes place on one table, the next job is prepared on the other table or tables. The advantage is that preparation can take place during the pressing cycle.
Is a silicone membrane required for every application?
A silicone membrane is not required for standard PVC foil lamination. Natural wood veneer pressing and wood bending require a suitable combination of membrane, adhesive and mould. Acrylic and solid surface forming combines preheating in the Heat Shape Master’s lower oven with an appropriate membrane forming process.
How are production capacity and lamination settings determined?
Part dimensions, table layout, foil type and thickness, adhesive, and heating and cooling times all affect the result. Settings for a new material are established through trial applications. Daily output depends on preparation and loading times as well as the pressing cycle.
