MAKSERTEAM · HEAT SHAPE MASTER

One machine.4 applications.Lamination and forming.

Heat Shape Master combines PVC foil lamination, natural wood veneering, wood bending and the forming of suitable acrylic sheets.

A single worktable, vertically moving upper heating unit and integrated lower oven support production with different materials.

Which production needs does Heat Shape Master address?

Heat Shape Master is designed for furniture and decorative surface manufacturers who need lamination and mould-based forming in one machine.

The material, adhesive, silicone membrane and mould must be considered together. Temperature, cycle time and vacuum settings depend on the application and material.

What can you produce with Heat Shape Master?

HSM supports four main applications: PVC foil lamination, natural wood veneering, laminated wood bending and acrylic forming.

What are HSM's main equipment features?

HSM combines a vertical upper heating unit, integrated lower oven, Italian oil-lubricated vacuum pump and additional frame locking system.

01

Vertically Moving Upper Heating Unit

The upper heating unit moves up and down using pneumatic cylinders with body size 80. A rack-and-pinion system maintains straight vertical travel.

02

Integrated Lower Oven

The lower oven is standard equipment for preheating suitable acrylic and solid surface sheets before forming. Temperature and heating time depend on the material.

03

Italian Oil-Lubricated Vacuum Pump

An Italian oil-lubricated vacuum pump is included as standard. The pump model and capacity are specified in the quotation for your machine configuration.

04

Additional Frame Locking System

The frame combines pneumatic vertical movement with an additional mechanism that locks it in its working position.

05

PLC and Freestanding Operator Panel

An industrial PLC and touchscreen operator panel manage the operating settings. The panel stands beside the machine on a separate pedestal.

06

Infrared Temperature Measurement

An infrared sensor measures the material's surface temperature. Manual and automatic operating settings are selected according to the application and material.

How is the lower oven used for acrylic forming?

The lower oven preheats suitable acrylic and solid surface sheets before they are formed over a mould.

  1. Check material suitability: Confirm the sheet type, thickness and manufacturer's forming requirements.
  2. Preheat the sheet: Use the integrated lower oven at the temperature and duration specified for the material.
  3. Form over the mould: Shape the heated sheet using a suitable mould and application equipment.
  4. Cool and inspect: Follow the material's cooling requirements, then assess the shape and surface of the sample.

This is a general process overview. Temperature, heating time and mould suitability must be established through sample trials with your chosen sheet.

How do you choose between WP1 and Heat Shape Master?

The choice depends on whether you need integrated acrylic preheating alongside lamination, and on the equipment required for your applications.

What should you know about Heat Shape Master before choosing a machine?

Standard equipment, application requirements and working dimensions are key points to confirm when selecting HSM.

Can Heat Shape Master handle four different applications?

Yes. It supports PVC foil lamination, natural wood veneering, wood bending and the forming of suitable acrylic or solid surface sheets.

Is the integrated lower oven included as standard?

Yes. The integrated lower oven, additional frame locking system and Italian oil-lubricated vacuum pump are standard equipment.

Does the Heat Shape Master heating unit move vertically like WP1?

Yes. Pneumatic cylinders with body size 80 provide the movement. A rack-and-pinion system maintains straight vertical travel.

Does HSM use a water-cooled vacuum pump?

No. The standard configuration includes an Italian oil-lubricated vacuum pump. The pump model and capacity are specified with the machine configuration.

Does the 65 mm table depth specify the maximum workpiece height?

No. This measurement refers to table depth. The combined mould and workpiece height must be checked against the machine's available working clearance.

Can every acrylic or solid surface sheet use the same settings?

No. Sheet type, thickness and manufacturer processing requirements can differ. Heating time, temperature and mould suitability must be confirmed through sample trials.

Are veneering and wood bending available only on HSM?

No. The WP series can also support these applications with a suitable silicone membrane option. HSM additionally integrates a lower oven for acrylic preheating.

Can machine dimensions and application equipment vary by project?

Yes. Dimensions and equipment scope can be determined through a technical assessment. Share your part dimensions, material and intended application before requesting a quotation.

What are the Heat Shape Master technical specifications?

HSM has a single worktable with internal dimensions of 1250 × 2950 mm and external table dimensions of 1400 × 3100 mm.

Dimensions are listed as width × length and may vary by project. Table depth is 65 mm; usable mould height is assessed separately.
