Professional Solutions for Different Production Areas with Vacuum Press, Heat and Membrane Technology
MakserTeam vacuum membrane presses, Heat Shape Master and vacuum thermoforming machines offer professional solutions for many different production areas, including furniture, doors, decoration, acrylic forming, wood bending and plastic forming applications.
In production, every material behaves differently, every product requires a different form, and every manufacturer has different capacity needs. For this reason, the right machine should not be selected only by model name, but according to the application to be produced.
At MakserTeam, our goal is to help manufacturers choose the most suitable system for their needs — from PVC foil lamination to natural wood veneer pressing, from acrylic forming to composite door surface production.
Vacuum membrane press machines provide high surface quality in the lamination of MDF, HDF, wood-based panels, door surfaces, furniture doors and decorative parts. The Heat Shape Master model stands out in acrylic, solid surface, wood bending and special forming applications with its lower oven structure, silicone membrane frame system and versatile production capability. Vacuum thermoforming machines are preferred for forming thermoplastic sheets such as ABS, PVC, PET-G, PMMA, PS and PP over a mould.
Below, you can review the main application areas that can be produced with MakserTeam machines and find more detailed information about the most suitable solution for your production.

Important Note for Machine Selection
For PVC and PET foil lamination applications, WP1, WP2, WP4 and Heat Shape Master models can be evaluated depending on the production method and material type. A silicone membrane is not mandatory for standard PVC/PET foil lamination. The correct model should be selected according to the application and the material to be used.
For natural wood veneer pressing and wood bending applications, WP1, WP2 and WP4 models can be used with the addition of a silicone membrane. However, since the heating turbine of the WP1 model moves up and down, it provides an advantage in working height. For this reason, WP1 can be more suitable for high mould or thicker wood bending applications.
For acrylic and solid surface forming applications, the Heat Shape Master model stands out due to the need for a lower oven. Heating the acrylic sheet at the correct temperature in a controlled way is critical for achieving high form quality.
No silicone membrane is used in ABS and plastic vacuum forming or PVC/WPC/ABS door surface thermoform applications. These applications are carried out directly with heat, mould and vacuum technology.
